Data and purposes

We process identity and contact details, company, role, location and messages you provide to respond to service requests. Recruitment uses contact details and CVs to assess your application. Do not include health data, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Required fields are needed to handle the request; other fields are optional.

Legal basis

Requests for quotations, services and job applications are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), where applicable. General enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)). Optional language personalization relies on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Acknowledging this policy does not authorize advertising or keeping your CV for future recruitment.

Providers and recipients

Contact and recruitment forms send their content to FormSubmit for delivery to ASSEL GROUP’s mailbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days and does not retain attachments in its submissions archive. Hosting and email providers also support technical delivery. Social media links lead to independent services with their own policies.

International transfers

Processing locations and safeguards of external providers, including FormSubmit, must be verified to establish whether data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Request information from support@asselgroup.com. You may contact us directly by email or phone instead of using the forms.

Retention

Enquiries are retained while being handled and for periods necessary for related legal obligations or claims. Applications are used to assess the application and manage the relevant recruitment process; retention for future recruitment requires information about that use and separate authorization where applicable. Browser preference records expire after 180 days.

Your rights

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable, at support@asselgroup.com. You may withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Identity verification will request only proportionate information when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your country’s competent authority.

Automated decisions and communications

These website forms do not make automated decisions or create profiles. An enquiry or application does not subscribe you to advertising communications.

Cookies

We use necessary storage to save your choice. Only with your permission do we remember your language for future visits. You can reject this option and keep browsing. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Change or withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
